House and room keys

A key safe is located outside your property which contains a single key for the front door. The access code is emailed to you shortly before you move in.

All other external and internal door keys for occupants are inside the house, usually on the kitchen table.

We recommend you keep the original key in the key safe throughout your occupancy.

Lost keys #

Please contact us if you lose keys or security devices. Charges will be made for:

1. replacement keys (typically £40).
2. new locks or cylinders required to return the door locks to their original state
3. all locksmith service charges.
