Cleaning

You are responsible for keeping the property in a reasonable state of cleanliness. This includes washing dishes, emptying bins, sorting recycling, etc.

Cleaning service #

A weekly cleaning service is provided by the terms of the occupancy agreement. This is NOT a full deep clean or hotel-style service.

A professional cleaning company will attend once per week.

• Communal areas and hallways: vacuuming, mopping, surface dusting
• Bathrooms/shower rooms: surface wiping down
• Kitchens: surface and sink wipe-down
• Bedrooms: vacuuming, dusting
• Gardens: outside areas maintained as required.

Occupation is non-exclusive, so service providers will access the property with their own set of keys. Service providers may endeavour to give you advanced notice of when they will attend, but they are not obliged to.

Please contact us or the service provider if you do not require cleaning in a specific week. You can also close or put notes on bedroom doors to cancel cleaning in that room. Note the service provider may still gain access to inspect the property under the terms of your contract.
