In any area heavily populated with students some properties are inevitably exposed to crime. Please take precautions to avoid your property being targeted.

If your property is subjected to a burglary or attempted break-in, please report it to the police.

• In an emergency such as an active break-in, call 999.
• For non-emergencies, call 101.

The police will issue you with a crime reference number. Please retain this for future reference and insurance purposes.
